Smile Construction Orthodontics was founded by Dr. Gary D. Cohen in 1983 and has been serving Sumner County, TN and surrounding counties for over 30 years. Dr. Cohen personally served 29 of those years until his passing in September of 2012. Dr. Fulks is your new orthodontic specialist, and he recognizes the legacy that was created by Dr. Cohen and looks forward to continuing to provide the same continuity of quality care that you've grown accustomed to receiving.
